Join us by supporting a child experincing homelessness with their parent (s)
Child in Transition program was launched amidst Covid-19 pandemic as a need was discovered to supply essential items not covered under government assisted programs in the Alaska School District child in transition program. Revive Alaska Community Services is working in collaboration with Alaska School District to supply gift cards to children and families in need of additional assistance in the program. Help us help the children in families experiencing homelessness.
WHO ARE THEY?
These are children who are facing homelessness. They are not labeled as homeless to protect their families. They are in between finding a permanent location for housing or in transition. Most of these children come from families that are facing serious hardships, challenges, loss of jobs, and/or life struggles. Unfortunately, these vulnerable children have been caught in a web of circumstances beyond their control.
